These terms and conditions apply to the MusicLib app created by Aaditya Rushabh Shah as a Freemium service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
MusicLib offers a "Pro" subscription that provides an ad-free experience, high-quality downloads, and extended AI music generation (up to 60 seconds). Payments are processed securely via the Google Play Store and managed through RevenueCat.
The Application's music generation feature is powered by a custom API hosted on Modal. Limitations apply based on your subscription status:
All audio tracks designated as "Library Tracks" remain the intellectual property of Aaditya Rushabh Shah. Upon downloading, the Service Provider grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use the music as background audio in your digital content creations (e.g., YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels).
The user who creates the music via the AI generation tool retains full ownership rights to the final audio output generated from their unique text prompt. The Service Provider grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license for commercial and non-commercial use of the generated output.

The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, access to Pro features will cease; any refunds are subject to Google Play Store policies.
If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please contact the Service Provider at musiclib538@gmail.com with a clear description of the alleged infringement and a statement made under penalty of perjury. The Service Provider will investigate and take action as appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider (including its officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service. The total liability of the Service Provider for direct damages arising from these Terms will be limited to the amount of subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service Provider is based. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
